  1. You need 240 g of self raising flour.

  3. Prepare 120 g of butter cut into blocks.

  5. You need 2 of apples peeled, cored and cut into small blocks.
  6. You need 180 g of dark chocolate cut into small blocks.
  7. You need 1 of egg.
  8. It's 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
  9. You need 90 ml of milk.
  10. You need of Caramel Sauce.
  11. It's 1 can of condensed milk.
  12. You need 30 ml of golden syrup.
  13. You need 60 g of butter.

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Sieve the flour and salt together. Rub butter into flour with fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Add sugar, apples and chocolate. Mix well with a spoon.
